Excelity Global Appoints Sanjiv Kapur as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) and Managing Director (MD)

Excelity Global, India and Asia Pacific's largest payroll service provider, has announced the appointment of Sanjiv Kapur as Managing Director (MD), India. Sanjiv is concurrently the Chief Delivery Officer at Excelity Global. Kapur succeeds Sumit Sabharwal who is leaving the organisation after an immensely successful stint to pursue other interests.

Sanjiv is a strategic thinker and has wide range of experience in the IT-BPO industry. He will lead the overall business strategy and execution across India, SAARC nations. In his new role, his primary focus will be on sustained business viability and charting a suitable course for the future. Sanjiv brings to the company more than a decade's experience across sectors and has held senior roles at Data Edge Infosolutions, Conduent and iGATE. He has developed and implemented the transformational roadmap to build a large multi-million dollar global IT-BPO business from the ground. He also provides strategic consulting services to multiple technology companies and start-ups on teir growth strategy. These include boutique and specialized firms in advanced analytics RPA, digital, e-learning, BPM & ECM solutions.
