TeamSupport, Oracle Integration Will Enhance the Customer Experience

Thanks to the integration, customer contact data is automatically synced from Oracle to TeamSupport, and tickets created in TeamSupport are pushed to Oracle. This eliminates the need for duplicate entry in multiple systems and gives field sales reps visibility into customer service issues that may affect their sale.
