Pronexus (News - Alert) recently announced that its VBVoice 8 has been selected by TemPositions Group of Companies for developing an advanced IVR system for the company's service staffing agency.

Designed with a user-friendly graphical interface, the VBVoice 8 toolkit will enable TemPositions to optimize its IVR technology and its automated staffing operations. With the new system, TemPositions will be able to easily contact its extensive line of skilled candidates and complete client orders more efficiently. Pronexus is a leading provider of cost effective, user-friendly, and highly interactive voice development solutions.

“TemPositions is committed to offering our clients the best service with the most effective technology available to suit their business needs,” said Kevin Delaski, vice president and CIO of the TemPositions Group of Companies. “Using IVR to offer round the clock access to our talent pool is another asset in our toolkit. Developing our cutting-edge IVR solution built on Pronexus VBVoice 8 has enabled us to meet our client’s staffing needs much more quickly, while reducing the overall cost of doing business.”

VBVoice allows customers to develop sophisticated and advanced IVR applications using familiar programming skills and programming languages which are standardized across the industry. The TemPositions IVR system can automatically contact available candidates who match the required skills and experience of their clients as soon as an online order for contingent staff has been submitted. The contacted candidates can then use the IVR to either accept or decline the assignment in real time, all with the ease of pressing a button on their phones. The IVR system can now complete anything between 2,000 and 2,500 temporary staffing orders each month. Since no human intervention is required, the company does not have to invest in human resources, which saves both time and money.

Because VBVoice can easily integrate with the latest versions of Microsoft (News - Alert) Visual Studio, it allows customers to use familiar programming skills and industry specified standard programming languages. The solution integrates user-friendly visual call flow with fully programmable controls and features such as text-to-speech and speech recognition. Furthermore, the solution has been designed with a number of time-saving options such as a multi-lingual prompt library and a number of sample applications, which can be used to teach new concepts and also help customers in understanding the various toolkit functionalities.
