Speech Technology Magazine recently recognized Aspect (News - Alert) Software as a Star Performer, for advances in analytics and multichannel support.
The Star Performer awards represent some of the most innovative speech technology companies across the entire market.
Aspect Software is a major provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, back-office and award-winning cloud solutions. It is continuously evolving to better meet the needs of the customers.
Officials said that the company has also launched new products with speed technology capabilities that offer high impact improvements in customer experience and contact center management and performance.
Various significant product launches by Aspect this year have solidified the company’s position as a Star Performer, including Aspect Mentor for Real-Time Speech Analytics and Voxeo (News - Alert) CXP Pro 14.
Aspect Mentor for Real-Time Speech Analytics utilizes speech detection to monitor conversations in contact centers, and transmits alerts and guidance notifications to agents and supervisors based on the customer conversation.
A lifecycle management platform, Aspect’s Voxeo CXP Pro 14 comprises IVR platform Prophecy 14 and creates a complete software platform to build, deploy, manage and analyze customer self-service applications across multiple channels, including IVR, interactive text, mobile Web, and social media.
In a press statement, John Amein, vice president of product management at Aspect, said: "We're honored to be recognized by Speech Technology magazine as a Star Performer. The award validates that Aspect is delivering on its mission to make it easy for our customers to engage with their customers."
Some of the other Star Performer awards were given to Apple (News - Alert), Microsoft and Nuance Communications.
