High Availability allows on premise eVP (formerly e-IVR) and eCI customers to have a duplicate High Available (HA) solution running in the CI Lenexa, KS corporate facility. This is NOT a Multi-Tenant solution but a dedicated port solution for each individual client. "The HA solution is perfectly suited to be used when disaster strikes. The client simply points their calls to an assigned dedicated phone number terminating in CI's HQ. CI then takes all the incoming traffic for that client and continus the flow of business. This high availability solution can also be used for peak overflow conditions as well as for any maintenance/changes that need to be made," said David Baker, CI Executive Vice President. Pricing for the High Availability solution is an addition to a client's current maintenance contract and is a minimum of a two-year commitment.
