Based in West Hollywood, Calif., Pet Head has increased its distributors and retail partners from 900 to 1,200, including Walmart, Walgreens and Target, with EDI solutions from NetSuite partners B2BGateway and TrueCommerce handling transactions with large retailers. NetSuite automation and Pet Head's customization of the system has enabled the company to increase its billing efficiency by 20 percent while scaling to handle a 40 percent increase in order volumes. Later in 2014, Pet Head has plans to implement NetSuite SuiteCommerce for both B2C and B2B sales, moving from a distributor partner website that now offers direct-to-consumer sales. On the supplier side, NetSuite has provided new control and visibility in working with domestic contract manufacturers that produce Pet Head products to specifications.
