The new entity combines the best of both companies, enabling 3C Network to offer enhanced services to their members and industry partners, including the recently launched roofing management system "roof-IS," a comprehensive cloud-based software solution designed specifically for the industry. As part of the merger, LC Nussbeck, CEO of 3C Network, will take a position on the MH1889 Board of Directors with a mandate for guiding 3C Network direction and technology innovation in the roofing space and continue his role as 3C ambassador with Manufacturing and Distribution. A new COO, who will have operational responsibility for the network, will be appointed for 3C in the coming weeks.
