Application for the 2016 Top 50 Contact Center Outsourcing Awards Now Open

In its 31st year, the Top 50 Contact Center Outsourcing Awards are a statistical ranking of the largest agencies as measured by the quantity of billable minutes they have provided to their clients from November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015.

This prestigious ranking is based on billable transport minutes for long-distance telecommunications service.  Being a member of CUSTOMER’s Top 50 is a respected symbol of credibility used by purchasers of outsourced teleservices when selecting an agency.
