With over 30 years of progressive leadership experience, Dunn will lead iTOK in its continuing efforts to help consumers and small businesses adapt to increasingly complex digital environments. In July of 2014, iTOK received an equity investment of $18 million from ABS (News - Alert) Capital Partners and continuing investor Signal Peak Ventures. ABS Capital is a leading investor in late-stage growth companies. This investment was designed to expand iTOK's services and broaden its mission to help people get the most from their technology. Both partners support this decision and look forward to working with Dunn and Bailey in their new roles.

"Jim's management experience and operational expertise are evident in his proven track record of driving organic growth and building strong teams, all while keeping the customer at the center of what he does. This makes him a strong fit to lead iTOK through this important stage of growth," said Laura Witt, AB Capital General Partner.

"Seth created a great business at iTOK," said Ron Heinz, Signal Peak Ventures Managing Partner. "We're fortunate that he will continue with the company as Chief Strategy Officer, where he can use his vision to mold iTOK's future services and offerings."

Incoming CEO Dunn has worked extensively with business process outsourcing, information technology, software development and high tech distribution companies. Previously, Dunn served as CEO of Center Partners, a WPP/Kantar company. In his time there, Dunn recruited an exceptional team, refined the business plan, strengthened the pipeline and ultimately sold Center Partners on the parent company's behalf. Prior to Center Partners, Dunn was CEO of TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Service, a cloud provider of call center software as a service (SAAS). Dunn has also operated as executive management for both publicly and privately held companies such as GE ITS, SITEL, Stream International, Access Graphics, Oppenheimer Funds and Kemper. Dunn earned his MBA and BSBA from the University of Denver (News - Alert).

"I am extremely excited about iTOK's prospects and having the opportunity to lead the company into its next growth stage," said Dunn. "Seth and the team at iTOK have created an amazing service. Now we stand, poised at the threshold of the 'Internet of Things' movement, to become the industry leader in helping SMBs and consumers-especially Boomers-understand and utilize technology to its fullest. The unique relationship between iTOK and its members will influence the growth and direction of technology in the future."

"Technology continues to enhance all of our lives," said Bailey. "In this new role, I'll be looking at the broader marketplace and aligning the company's strategies to take advantage of new technology. Jim and I will be working closely, along with the entire executive team, to help iTOK reach the next level of growth. It's a challenge I'm excited to tackle."
