Total Contact Solutions, which provides custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and lead generation solutions mainly to the automotive sector, announced that Digital Marketing Networks has acquired the VOISYS brand, an Internet leads and loan-by-phone business of Total Contact Solutions.

Following this acquisition, DMN will adopt the VOISYS brand and reach out to customers in the loan-by-phone and Internet lead service segment.

Meanwhile Total Contact Solutions will continue to provide the technical services and IVR services to support the business. It will also focus its efforts on its RealValidation services which include RealLeadValidation, RealPhoneValidation, and other technology based services at the wholesale level, the company said.

The transaction was closed on February 1, and both companies are working together to ensure there is no disruption in services to customers.

Over the coming weeks both DMN and VOISYS customers will be offered a suite of new products as well as a number of new partnerships and announcements, the company said.

Both Spiridellis and Weisleder have been competitive in the Automotive Sales and Finance Leads business delivering IVR solutions  in support of dealer’s advertising over the past two decades.

Travis Weisleder was the founder of InterActive Financial Marketing Group, which he sold in 2007, and had such brands as 1-800-CAR-LOAN and Carloan.com. Nick Spiridellis, the founder of Total Contact Solutions is known through the VOISYS Brand.

“I can remember the VOISYS brand from when I was working with my dad at 1-800-CAR-LOAN and they were always a good competitor,” Weisleder said. “We are proud to partner with this storied brand and move it forward again in the auto marketing space.”

Weisleder added that the transaction allows Total Contact Solutions to solely focus on its new industry-changing validation products, RealPhoneValidation and RealLeadValidation, while providing support to Travis and his team to take auto dealer lead-gen products to new levels as well.
