Radish Systems (News - Alert) is a company specializing in customer service voice and data mobility solutions. The company’s True Visual Interactive Voice Response systems offer an instant 2-way, Voice with Visuals sharing for smartphone and tablet users while talking or chatting. Designed to ease the frustration due to automated phone systems, ChoiceView is a smartphone-accessible IVR.

ChoiceView brings scalable and accessible communication tools to empower developers to build powerful 'Voice with Visuals' True Visual IVRs.

Recently, the company announced that its ChoiceView True Visual Interactive Voice Response is now available on the Tropo communications platform. ChoiceView Voice with Visual IVR can be leveraged by customers using the Tropo multi-lingual cloud-based communications platform.

Tropo enables anyone to make and receive phone calls and text messages from any Web or mobile application, using a simple Web API and pay-as-you-go pricing. With this announcement, ChoiceView’s “Voice with Visuals” can be easily added to Tropo and other platforms with a script change only.

Both companies believe that Tropo’s ease-of-use combined with ChoiceView’s sharing can now help any business easily deploy a True Visual IVR to improve a mobile users' experience.

Officials noted that true visual IVRs powered by ChoiceView reduce time and costs, increase self-service opportunities and in turn enhance the mobile user experience and engagement. It eliminates the need for callers to listen to long voice menus or keep track of complex voice responses. The IVR doesn’t need to translate database responses from text to speech, which is expensive.

Customers can initiate ChoiceView True Visual IVR for Tropo with a simple phone call from any phone, including a smartphone or tablet. Callers will immediately get the ability to navigate and interact with visual content and voice via a ChoiceView-enabled mobile app on their smart mobile device.

Integrated media company TMC (News - Alert) recently named ChoiceView Visual IVR as CUSTOMER 2014 Product of the Year Award winner.
