Ulmer Bolsters Business Litigation Practice in Chicago by Adding Ronald Betman

Mr. Betman represents individuals and Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes class action and complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on financial services-related cases, including securities and shareholder derivative liability lawsuits, as well as consumer class actions. Mr. Betman has deep experience rpresenting individuals and businesses in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., at both the trial and appellate levels. He also represents individual directors and officers in breach of fiduciary duty and derivative claims. Mr. Betman has handled numerous SEC (News - Alert), CFTC and state attorney general regulatory investigations, and has written extensively in this area.
