Payrolls Plus, SaaShr.com Improve Attendance Accuracy for Remote Workforce
SaaShr.com has added Payrolls Plus, a payroll service bureau based in Florida, to its list of partners.
Payrolls Plus partnered with SaaShr.com, a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) with a major push in Workforce Management Applications, to offer a time and labor management application.
This solution, according to a release, enables its clients to accurately track the time and attendance of employees working remotely. The companies note Telephony, a popular means of data collection for time and labor management applications.
“We have a lot of clients that employ a workforce that operates outside the internal offices, which creates a need for a non-traditional data collection device,” said Mindy Jennings, Chief Operating Officer at Payrolls Plus. “The use of telephony and other offsite data collection devices provided by SaaShr.com will increase the accuracy in which our clients collect time for these mobile workforces.”
When configured, SaaShr.com’s time and labor management application allows users to clock in using any landline or mobile phone. Because a user can be restricted to call from a specific phone number, or list of phone numbers, he will clock in to a specific location at a specific time.
This data is transferred to the online application in real-time when a user clocks in using telephony.
Payrolls Plus is already serving clients that need to collect data remotely and so it collaborated with SaaShr.com to provide a variety of different data collection options.
“The system has a lot of features and configurations we can set up on a per-client basis. When evaluating providers for a new application, we included our clients in the decision-making process,” Jennings. “Being that they liked the look and feel and the overall functionality the application encompassed the best, and the devices offered for data collection met our needs, we chose SaaShr.com.”
Jennings also spoke about the recent implementation of the application for one of its clients in the hurricane protection industry.
“This client installs hurricane shutters and protection on different buildings throughout the state, and since employees move from building to building, they use a battery operated device in the field to collect punches at these different locations.”
