While a record number of customers turned to the company's self-service platforms in 2014, call volume to the live HR hotline also experienced significant increases. In addition, the company introduced new products that helped more businesses address compliance and training needs. A significant increase in distribution partnerships added to the exponential user growth on ThinkHR's cloud-based platforms.

• Posted year-over-year revenue growth of nearly 60 percent for the third year in a row.
