Our choice of the latest laptop models from top brands will help you find the best laptop for your customer service agency.

Selection of the best laptops for a customer service agency

Welcome to our selection of the best laptops of 2020. If you are wondering what the best laptop you would buy, regardless of your requirements and budget, we are here to help.

There is a huge range of excellent laptops in 2020 that will suit all types of users. There are stylish thin and light laptops that are great for people who travel (or plan to) a lot, powerful gaming laptops, solid productivity devices for people who work from home and budget laptops for everyday use that offer excellent performance at impressively low prices.

So no matter what type of laptop you are looking for, there will be a device that is perfect for you and our list of the best laptops can help you in that quest.

1. HP Spectre x360 (2020)

The HP Specter x360 2-in-1 laptop has had a major upgrade for 2020, and the boost in specs, with 10th Gen Intel Core processors and Intel Iris Plus graphics, along with the flawless 2-in-1 design means that the new version has shot straight to the top of our best laptops list.

HP has been doing well lately with the excellent HP Elite Dragonfly which is also high on our list of best laptops, but when it comes to building quality, design and pure performance, the HP Specter x360 (2020) is by far the best laptop that you can get in 2020.

While it's certainly pricey, you do get some excellent extras like formidable security features and Bang & Olufsen speakers. If you value aesthetics as much as performance and overall quality, this is the laptop for you.

You can also choose to rent a laptop (translated to Dutch: laptop huren). Sometimes renting is cheaper than buying a brand new laptop for every customer service representative.

2. MACBOOK AIR (2020)

The 2020 MacBook Air is the best option for most people who prefer the Apple ecosystem. The Air comes with 10th Gen Intel processors (though in a lower power variation than the XPS 13), a sharp Retina display, and a new scissor-switch keyboard. The base configuration (including a Core i3, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage) comes in under $1,000, but we recommend that you go for, at minimum, the upgraded model with a Core i5 processor.A Macbook Air also works perfectly with an Ipad from Apple. You can easily rent an ipad (translated to Dutch: ipad huren) for your customer service employee.

3. Aspire 5 A517-51G-87A7

The Aspire 5 A517-51G-87A7 has been tested as best. It is not a cheap laptop but certainly the best in its price range. It is a long-term investment. You can play and burn DVDs and CDs with it. Although this is a technique that you can no longer often use with the newer laptops, it can be very useful. With the large memory you never run out of space. You can put enough movies, videos and photos on it without the laptop getting slow. It has a large screen, namely 17 inches. That makes it very pleasant to watch your favorite movies and series.

Besides that you can put enough on it, you do not run the risk that your laptop will become slow after a while. Thanks to its large capacity, you will not be bothered by it. Are you a (hobby) photographer? Then you are baked with this whopper. It is ideal for editing photos.
