3CLogic Forms Strategic Partnership with ScreenMeet for ServiceNow Support

Voice and cloud contact center solution provider 3CLogic is teaming up with ScreenMeet, a cloud-native remote software company, in an effort to extend the features of the ServiceNow Platform. As part of this new relationship, the two companies will combine knowledge, resources, and individual offerings to provide contact center clients a holistic suite of omni-channel capabilities.

Both 3CLogic and ScreenMeet will be able to showcase the best elements of the company’s respective offerings, such as the 3CLogic’s Voice and Cloud Contact Center solution, and ScreenMeet’s on-demand conferencing tools, all of which can be easily integrated into the ServiceNow platform. The joint effort between 3CLogic and ScreenMeet means that customers will have a complete package of resources to enhance customer experiences in the increasingly remote economy.
