PossibleNOW Solution Takes Aim at New Florida Telemarketing Law

By Luke Bellos July 23, 2021

Customer consent solutions company PossibleNOW has revealed a new offering to support the arrival of Florida’s telemarketing bill, which put limitations on unsolicited calls from call centers and automated programs.

PossibleNow’s solution enables businesses to provide customers with options for consent, which they can use to ensure marketing campaigns and automated services are compliant with the latest changes to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). As unwanted robocalls and spam technology continue to plague consumers on a national scale, PossibleNOW made it a priority to provide consumer confidence by becoming prepared for the change  as soon as possible.

“We wanted to act quickly to make sure our customers were able to comply with the new Florida regulations for capturing consent for mobile and landline calling campaigns,” said Scott Frey, President & CEO of PossibleNOW, Inc. “Our technical team has deployed the solution for beta customers to use immediately.”

The company developed the latest offering by utilizing the MyPreferences consent and preference management platform, in combination with an in-house DNCSolution to wipe outbound calling databases. The universal nature of the solution makes it possible for both small and enterprise level companies to take advantage of this important and timely feature.
