Dialpad and Zoho Launch Co-Developed CRM Integration

Cloud communications company Dialpad recently announced the launch of a new CRM integration created in collaboration with CRM software developer, Zoho.

Utilizing advanced automation features, the Dialpad-Zoho integration enables contact center agents to avoid tedious manual tasks, in order to save time and create positive experiences for valued customers.

“As Dialpad builds on its TrueCaaS vision, product integrations are key to our success by quickly filling specific needs for customers. We are thrilled to make it easier for Zoho CRM customers across 180 countries to leverage Dialpad” said Bridget Silvi, Director of Strategic Alliances at Dialpad. “This integration is just the beginning of our partnership with Zoho and we are excited to provide additional functionality for Dialpad + Zoho CRM customers.”

Both Dialpad and Zoho employees understand how time consuming customer inquiries can be, which can cause headaches for agents hoping to retain quality service, while also maintaining availability. With the Dialpad-Zoho integration, agents can use AI-enhanced automation to spend time on complex tasks requiring human skills. Additionally, the integration allows agents to easily generate historical user data with Dialpad’s Voice Intelligence (Vi™) solution for more personalized customer experiences.
