LiveVox Announces Alliance With PlanetOne

This week, contact center platform provider LiveVox revealed the formation of a strategic alliance with cloud-based IT solution developer, PlanetOne. As part of this new relationship, PlanetOne intends to use its growing network of channel partners to deliver LiveVox solutions to midsize businesses and enterprises across the United States.

LiveVox intends to educate PlanetOne Channel partners about the company’s full line of products and solutions, in order to offer potential customers more insights regarding their contact center investments. Additionally, LiveVox will leverage and promote PlanetOne’s SENTIENT business intelligence platform to communicate with channel partners in real-time.

The alliance between LiveVox and PlanetOne will allow business clients to become exposed to a wider range of contact center solutions, allowing them to introduce complementary solutions to boost business performance in the post-pandemic economy . With LiveVox’s reliable cloud based communications, as well as analytical insights from PlanetOne’s SENTIENT platform, business leaders maximize the full potential of their employees and digital infrastructure.
