Vitech Intros CampaignCenter Solution

The approach to customer service morphed quite a bit in the digital era. In the past, campaigns for new products, services, and specials targeted the masses, with hopes relevant customers would catch the news and partake in the offer. Today, businesses can target individuals most likely to take interest.

Recently, Vitech, a global provider of cloud-based administrative software, announced the launch of the CampaignCenter solution for the V3locity CRM platform. This new offering allows businesses to use advanced analytics and visualization tools to create targeted campaigns across various communications channels. At the same time, marketing teams can easily manage these campaigns from a single source, and use detailed insights to determine the effectiveness of the campaign strategy.

CampaignCenter users can send campaign information via email, SMS, and direct mail from the V3locity interface. Users can also create campaigns based on specific demographics and customer activity history, to ensure marketing information reaches those with interest and motivation to purchase.

"For success in today's digital environment, businesses must implement targeted communications and multichannel capability, with configurable audience segmentation, content, delivery channel, and outreach cadence options to improve customer servicing and drive segment growth," said Ali Kheirolomoom, Vitech's Chief Product Officer. "With flexible segmentation based on customer preferences and interaction history, the right messaging reaches the right customer at the right time, on the device of their choice."
