InteractiveTel Unveils TotalCX Platform

At the 2022 NADA Show in Las Vegas, InteractiveTel announced the launch of the TotalCX Customer Experience Platform for automotive dealers.

The TotalCX Customer Experience platform offers AI-assisted automation capabilities and analytical features, offering agents support for common tasks and analytical features to continuously adjust service approach.

Notable features of the TotalCX Customer experience platform include the ability to monitor sales/service interactions, real-time call recording and transcription, and customer sentiment/keyword analysis. Agents using the platform can also identify missed sales opportunities, pinpoint mishandled customer calls, and produce performance reporting.

"Interactions between your team and your customers can mean the difference between success and failure," said Gary Graves, CEO of InteractiveTel. "That's why we've developed TotalCX, the first customer experience platform that includes the people, processes and technology dealers need to drive success and curb missed revenue opportunities."

Outside of the previously mentioned features, the platform includes additional solutions to improve business operations. For instance, the SenseiCX Call Performance Training allows agents to fine-tune their customer service skills to increase satisfaction rates. Additionally, employees can utilize the GuardianCX Alert Response Team of experts to assist in mishandled calls/sales opportunities; ensuring negative customer interactions are resolved in a professional manner.
