Yellow.ai Launches YellowG Platform to Propel Enterprise Conversations

By Alex Passett May 23, 2023

Generative and conversational forms of artificial intelligence (AI) have – worded as quite the understatement, by 2023’s standards – seen an uptick in popularity and use by casual users and giant organizations alike. Given how AI has transformed the ways in which we automate workflows in order to better create, work and communicate, it’s reminiscent of a Bill Gates quote I regularly reference in discussions like these:

The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency.

Both matter-of-factly stated, and accurate to this day.

Enter Yellow.ai. With enterprise GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) technology, Yellow.ai – already trusted by the likes of Coca Cola, Sephora, Mondelez International, GP Strategies and others – enables autonomous customer and employee experiences (CX and EX). This no-code platform unites automation-centric conversational AI with enterprise-level large language models (LLMs), accelerating chat and voice automation from days to mere minutes.

And now, by leveraging new generative AI and enterprise GPT resources, Yellow.ai has launched YellowG.

With YellowG, generative and conversational elements come together to streamline teams’ goal-oriented and human-like conversations, “ensuring customers receive an unparalleled support experience across channels, and in their language of choice,” a Yellow.ai representative said.

Yellow.ai is confident in how YellowG is more than a run-of-the-mill productivity and efficiency booster. (Though, those are certainly positives.) By robustly automating CX and EX workflows, “employees can enhance their day-to-day operations, drive higher sales, and stay ahead of their competition.”

“Our new YellowG platform is the first to achieve zero setup time, guaranteeing instant usage from when a bot is built,” said Raghu Ravinutala, Yellow.ai’s CEO. “With YellowG’s enterprise-level security, it ensures maximum safety through a blend of centralized global and proprietary LLMs. Our productization of real-time generative AI is designed specifically to propel enterprise conversations. This means YellowG can generate workflows dynamically while easily handling complex scenarios.”

Yellow.ai claims that integrating AI-driven solutions like YellowG will not only result in significantly reduced operational costs, but will also enable 90% automation within the first 30 days.

That would be super efficient, to be sure. We’ll have to see how YellowG continues performing, and whether or not it’ll err on the first part of Bill Gates’ insights, or on the second.
