Brevo Answers the Call for Frictionless Purchasing with Innovative CRM Solutions

By Greg Tavarez September 12, 2023

Today’s consumers demand a smooth customer experience during a purchasing decision. If anything goes array, they will not hesitate to look elsewhere. Accenture points out in a 2022 report how consumers are changing.

Despite this, many companies struggle to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, leading to a plethora of issues. This deficiency in insight manifests in interactions with customers that often feel insincere and detached from their actual needs and desires. Additionally, it hampers the alignment of business strategies with customer expectations, causing disconnect between what the company offers and what customers seek.

Consequently, the purchasing process becomes needlessly intricate and protracted, frustrating customers and the company itself. The purchasing process needs to be frictionless.

Brevo, a provider of CRM solutions, meets the growing customer demand for frictionless purchasing experiences with new sales solutions. Complementing its Marketing Platform, Brevo launched the Pro version of its Sales Platform, Meetings, Phone and Payments solutions to empower SMBs to deliver exceptional customer interactions efficiently and at scale.

The Sales Platform lets businesses grow freely by managing multiple pipelines. Supercharge sales strategy using valuable insights from past interactions with a shared inbox, lead scoring and advanced reporting capabilities.

The Meetings solution simplifies the scheduling process by enabling clients to easily book appointments through a customizable Meetings booking page. Host video meetings on Brevo or via integrations with Google Meet and Zoom.

With Phone, make calls using a unique cloud-based number from a phone or desktop, access call statistics and benefit from call recordings, call and voicemail transcription. Keep contact call history in one place to enhance sales and marketing processes.

Payments lets businesses complete the sales process by collecting payment through a unique Payments link and share them anywhere, including SMS, email, website or social media.

The long story short is that with Brevo's sales solutions, businesses can craft a fluid buying journey. From lead capture to booking initial sales meetings, finalizing engagement details over the phone and collecting payment, Brevo simplifies and accelerates purchasing cycles for business and customers.

“Customers expect a personalized frictionless purchasing experience, but that can be challenging for organizations to deliver – ultimately hindering their growth and success,” said Isabelle Guis, CEO North America and global chief marketing officer at Brevo. “With Brevo in their arsenal, they can regain control of their customer data, have live and timely interactions and shorten their sales cycle while delivering a great experience to their customers and gaining a competitive edge.”

Brevo's CRM suite offers an intuitive interface with comprehensive reporting and user-friendly drag-and-drop editors, ensuring accessibility for users of all technical backgrounds. Its adaptable pricing model allows businesses to harness advanced sales and automation tools without concerns about contact limits or escalating fees as they expand.

The Sales Pro Plan is priced at $12 per user per month. The Meetings feature is available for free with any Brevo plan and accessible globally. The Phone Pro Plan is priced at $19 per user per month, and the Payments option is offered with a minimal 1% fee for outgoing bank transfers, currently limited to France.
