RingQ Debuts Game-Changing Cloud-Based Contact Center Solution

By Tracey E. Schelmetic October 16, 2024

Business communication technology company RingQ recently announced the launch of its cloud-based call center solution that the company says will “revolutionize” customer engagement for businesses across the U.S. The platform integrates advanced unified communications (UC) features, offering a seamless and scalable solution to enhance customer service operations in today’s digital economy.

In its announcement, RingQ noted that the new contact center solution "was specifically designed specifically for the U.S. market and its diverse industries and dynamic customer service needs." The solution is suitable for companies operating contact centers in a variety of vertical industries, including retail, healthcare, finance, or technology. The platform provides an adaptable solution "to help companies improve efficiency and deliver better customer experiences," noted RingQ.

Additionally, the new contact center solution offers a variety of other features, including the ability to handle inbound and outbound interactions through voice, video, chat, SMS and social media from a single unified interface. Agents can deliver consistent customer experiences across channels, ensuring that no customer interaction is missed.

Moreover, built-in UC capabilities allow agents to collaborate with colleagues in real-time through voice, video conferencing, file sharing and instant messaging without leaving the platform. This boosts internal communication and problem resolution time.

Lastly, the new solution makes significant use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, notably using AI and machine learning (ML) to route calls intelligently, reducing wait times and enhancing first-contact resolution. The solution offers easy scalability for contact centers that need to scale up or down and integrates easily with popular customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

“Our new cloud call center solution is a game-changer for businesses looking to modernize their customer service operations,” said Chris Martin, Chief Operating Officer at RingQ, in the announcement of the new solution. “With customer-centric communications at its core, RingQ enables businesses to operate more efficiently, keep customers satisfied, and drive growth. We’re excited to bring this innovative solution to U.S. companies and help them thrive in the digital age.”
