Folloze Launches ChatGPT-based AI Solution to Improve B-to-B Buyer Engagement

By Tracey E. Schelmetic March 02, 2023

Today, many companies are finding that improvement to the bottom line is directly correlated with an increase in buyer engagement. But what is it? Buyer engagement basically describes the interactions between buyers and a company’s representatives, such as salespeople or call center workers. Examples of buyer engagement include opening a marketing email, watching a video, sharing a company’s social media posts, reading content provided by a sales representative, or picking up a sales-related phone call. The more meaningful the interaction, the more likely a buyer is to follow through with a purchase.

But how do you improve buyer engagement? Technology can help. Folloze, which offers a no-code business-to-business Buyer Experience Platform (BX 3.0), recently announced the launch of Folloze AI, a content recommendation and buyer insight engine designed to bring the most relevant and engaging content to buyers in real time and generate first party intent data. Folloze AI, which is based on ChatGPT, was designed to enable marketers to create impact at every digital touch point, accelerating pipeline and revenue. Enhancing the latest release of Folloze Buyer Experience 3.0, the new module adds a critical layer of first-party intelligence and insights, and the ability to scale personalization to move opportunities through the pipeline faster for better outcomes.

The result, according to Folloze, is a tool that can be used by any marketer, as there is no learning curve. Unlike “general use” AI offered in other platforms, Folloze AI is purposely built for the business-to-business buyer journey, serving up tailored and optimized content recommendations using ChatGPT. It automatically tags content, recognizes viewing patterns and makes recommendations based on those patterns in real time.

“Since the launch of Folloze Buyer Experience 3.0 last year, we have seen its significant adoption to deliver high-value, on-brand experience across the buyer journey,” noted David Brutman, co-founder and Chief Product Officer for Folloze. “This is no surprise since companies are looking to rationalize their stack and find a scalable way to power data driven digital buyer journeys operated by all marketers, not just a few. Folloze AI further changes the game by injecting intelligence into those digital touch points. This ensures the best content is served and first party intent insights are surfaced to drive impact in the revenue cycle creation."

Folloze AI is currently available for select customers in beta.
