Build a Deeper Connection with Customers through HubSpot's AI-powered Tools

By Greg Tavarez March 09, 2023

Over the past few years, AI-powered tools have been implemented within organizations to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. This frees up time for employees to focus on more strategic and more creative work. AI-fueled tools have increased efficiency and boosted productivity by automating routine tasks, providing insights and recommendations, and enabling employees to focus on more strategic work.

But to continue innovating with AI tools to assist the workforce, investment is needed.

HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform that provides software and support to help companies grow better, has invested in AI tools in the past; these included conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI, and content optimization.

Now, building on that are two new HubSpot tools powered by AI systems from OpenAI— Content Assistant and ChatSpot.ai — to help HubSpot customers save time while creating better connections with their audiences.

Content Assistant, in its private beta phase, helps marketing and sales teams ideate, create and share quality content in a matter of minutes, if not seconds. Content Assistant suggests blog titles related to a product or service and generates a blog post outline for that title. It also writes content for blog posts, landing pages, website pages, sales and marketing emails, and knowledge base articles. Content Assistant streamlines content marketing workflows into one place, too (saving teams time and energy).

ChatSpot.ai, in public alpha, helps HubSpot customers complete various tasks using a natural language chat-based user experience. The tool helps users add contacts and companies to the HubSpot CRM, create custom reports related to marketing, sales and customer service, and draft professional, effective sales emails personalized to the recipient.

“Our new AI-powered content assistant helps companies create quality content faster and easier,” said Andy Pitre, EVP of Product at HubSpot. “Advances in AI also have the potential to change the way people use and interact with software. We’re excited to launch ChatSpot.ai to experiment with how we can make our software even easier to use.”

HubSpot’s continued investments in AI are to help its customers work smarter and not harder, all with an end goal to help companies connect more deeply with their customers.
