Solutions from Yellow.ai Now Available on the Genesys AppFoundry

By Alex Passett June 05, 2023

A couple weeks ago, give or take, Yellow.ai – already trusted by the likes of Coca Cola, Sephora, Mondelez Int., GP Strategies and others due to its enterprise GPT (or Generative Pretrained Transformer) technology – launched YellowG, a new AI platform that automates customer and employee experiences. Guaranteeing zero setup time for enhanced enterprise conversations, YellowG is capable of enabling “90% automation for an organization within the first 30 days,” per Raghu Ravinutala, Yellow.ai’s CEO. It also reduces operational costs; this is another a pertinent takeaway, given another fresh Yellow.ai update.

Fresh, as in, today.

This morning, Yellow.ai announced its latest generative and conversational AI-powered voicebots and chatbots are now officially available on the Genesys AppFoundry.

Here’s the long-story-short of this announcement:

The Genesys AppFoundry is a marketplace chock-full of curated solutions from names like AWS, Adobe, Kore.ai, Aivo, Teneoi.ai, Salesforce, SuccessKPI, CallMiner and more. By securing Yellow.ai’s listing on its AppFoundry, Genesys’ customers can deploy a broad range of conversationally empowered AI solutions (not unlike YellowG) across service, commerce and EX product suites.

Additionally, Yellow.ai’s Dynamic Automation Platform (DAP) plays a big role here; it leverages a multi-large language model (LLM) architecture and streamlines support interactions through its Dynamic AI agents via voice and chat.

This, per the earlier takeaway regarding operational costs, allows businesses to reduce said costs by up to 60% while delivering consistent experiences.

That’s a lot of cheddar being saved.

With Yellow.ai on the Genesys AppFoundry, enterprise teams can:

  • Provide quick customer solutions and fulfill end goals with ease via goal-based conversations powered by generative AI
  • Create and expand previously restricted workflows, adapting to conversations with customers in a flexible way (i.e. with up to 40% increases in lead generation, plus up to 50% increases in user engagement)
  • Experience faster time-to-value processes with zero setup necessary (similar to what’s achievable with Yellow.ai)

Yellow.ai supports more than 35 channels for text and voice (in at least 135 languages). Its availability on the Genesys AppFoundry (and with Genesys’ Cloud CX solution, to boot) is of great value to Genesys customers, as Yellow.ai’s Ravinutala went on to say.

“We're excited to help Genesys' customers deliver enhanced end-to-end experiences with our generative AI-powered conversational AI solutions. Providing an exceptional customer and employee experience is crucial for businesses to stay competitive and achieve significant business outcomes. Our AI engine and cost-efficient solutions empower businesses to do so. With Yellow.ai DAP, we provide AI-powered support to human agents and enable marketers to not only communicate with customers, but also accomplish goal-oriented outcomes and boost conversion rates.”
