Abstrakt Partners with Intelligent Contacts for Collections Solution

When it comes to customer outreach and support, the collections industry faces a considerable number of rules and regulations. Companies that engage in collections must continually review calls to ensure they meet internal standards as well as external rules.

Real-time call guidance and automated QA software solutions provider Abstrakt Corp. announced that the company now integrates with cloud contact center software provider Intelligent Contacts, together offering more automated payment solutions and account resolution resources. This collaboration between aims to bring more transformative tools to the financial services and collections industries, enhancing efficiency, compliance and the overall customer experience.

Abstrakt's platform, per its team, "automatically reviews 100% of calls" to ensure they fall within a collection company's set compliance standards. With the combined solutions, supervisors will know exactly which calls to listen to, saving time and resources. Thanks to the partnership, all Intelligent Contacts customers will be able to enhance their operations by using the Abstrakt platform. In addition, the automated processes and intelligent call routing provided by Intelligent Contacts, complemented by Abstrakt's real-time guidance, is expected to reduce call handling times and operational costs.

Finally, Abstrakt and Intelligent Contacts offer post-call analysis designed to provide deep insights into call center operations. Abstrakt uses call outcomes from Intelligent Contacts to identify trends, optimize performance and make informed decisions that drive growth and success.
