Top Retailer Uses Verint's Bot to Find Top Contact Center Talent

The benefits of the Verint Interviewing Bot are numerous, to say the least. First, it frees up recruiters' time by automating the initial screening process. Second, by analyzing a broader range of criteria beyond just resumes, the bot helps identify high-potential candidates who might otherwise be overlooked in a traditional interview setting. Finally, the 24/7 availability of the bot allows candidates to complete assessments at their convenience.

“Contact centers are competing for the same employees so brands must be able to quickly identify the best candidates,” said Verint’s David Singer, Global Vice President, Go-to-Market Strategy. “The Verint Interviewing Bot automates candidate screening which increases the speed and quality for new agent hiring while reducing operating costs.”

A recent example of the Verint Interviewing Bot in action is a Top 10 U.S. retailer using it to reduce its hiring costs across approximately 2,000 new agent hires annually after deploying the bot.

Before Verint, the retailer’s hiring agents required a manual, two-step recruiting process. The Verint Interviewing Bot analyzes candidates' responses to interview questions and identifies candidates with the highest probability of success in a specific role.

With the Verint Interviewing Bot, the retailer fully automated the initial stages of candidate screening and assessment resulting in a 50% hiring cost reduction.

“After deploying the Verint Interviewing Bot, the retailer was quickly able to benefit from business outcomes related to contact center hiring costs,” said Singer.
