NUSO Offers Advanced Cloud Communications and CCaaS in UK

NUSO offers a diversified portfolio of business Cloud Communications and CPaaS enablement solutions. The company maximizes resilience while minimizing customer costs through native control of all service layers, from the network foundation to the business application. NUSO full-stack offerings are delivered via a network of channel partners, resellers and MSPs with a focus on real-time frictionless service.

I managed to sit in on a session at ITEXPO 2024 that featured Briana Sullivan, Vice President of Product, Marketing, and Communications, NUSO. (Read more on that here.) And, we’ve seen NUSO pop up in our news feed a few times. For example, Tracey E. Schelmetic wrote an article when NUSO acquired Italian SaaS company Mida Solutions.

Sticking in Europe, let’s turn our focus to the U.K. where NUSO acquired a London-based service provider in November 2023. Following that acquisition, NUSO recently announced it launched its Cloud Communications platform in the U.K. to reinforce NUSO's commitment to delivering advanced communications technology alongside personalized support at competitive prices to the U.K. market.

NUSO's Unified Communications platform offers a suite of solutions designed to elevate business communication. Advanced calling features, including voice and video, cater to the needs of businesses of all sizes.

As for customer-centric operations, NUSO provides comprehensive contact center capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Seamless integration with Microsoft Teams guarantees smooth collaboration and productivity for businesses using the Office suite.
