G’day, readers. I hope everyone’s Labor Day weekend was relaxing. (It was a refresh button for me when it comes to quality sleep, to be sure.)
Today, let’s get back to business with info about CallRail and ServiceTitan.
The former: Since 2011, CallRail has helped SMBs thrive; legal and financial services, contact centers, real estate, automotive and other industries have benefited from CallRail’s Call Tracking, Lead Center, Form Tracking, and Conversation Intelligence customer solutions. The latter: ServiceTitan is on a mission to, in its own words, “to build a software platform to help home and commercial services contractors run their businesses.” By supporting field service trades with the requisite tools and training for scaling their businesses and achieving their short-term and long-term goals, ServiceTitan enables teams to organize their workflows, invoice and bill efficiently, streamline their scheduling and more — all of which can result in an increased bottom line, per one Forbes Advisor review. (Also notably, its field service management software is highly customizable and easy to navigate, with extensive options available for both new and existing users.)
And towards the end of August, CallRail and ServiceTitan announced their new partnership.
Essentially, this integration will allow mutual customers — this includes those in HVAC, plumbing, pest control and electrical — to access valuable info about prospective business and lock down, quote, “lead-to-job successes across complete customer journeys,” according to the official press release.
“Teaming up with the industry leader that is ServiceTitan helps ensure we are delivering best-in-class lead intelligence solutions to the home services industry,” said Marc Ginsberg, CEO of CallRail. “We are proud of our history of helping thousands of home service businesses. Thus, through this new partnership, we hope to improve marketing return on investment for them by driving and converting more quality leads.”
No more pivoting between systems. Significantly lessened administrative burden. Automated bid strategies. Deeper resources than simply surface-level insights.
